COVID-19: Vietnam reports five imported cases, including two illegal entrants

(VOVWORLD) -The Ministry of Health confirmed five imported coronavirus cases, including two illegal entrants, on Friday afternoon.

All five patients are Vietnamese citizens, of whom two returned to Vietnam from Japan and the United Arab Emirates, while one entered the territory through Moc Bai International Border Gate.

The remaining two patients, with one in Binh Duong and the other in Hai Phong, were said to illegally enter the Vietnamese territory by land and sea routes.   

Vietnam has a total of 1,603 domestic infections, of which the number of new cases since January 27 is 910. 2,265 patients of the total 2,586 COVID-19 patients have been cures, 35 died.
