Mr. Son urged Hai Duong authorities on Thursday to continue using smart phone apps to trace COVID-19 contacts. He said Hai Duong needs to enforce social distancing in quarantine areas and in factories that have resumed operation.

“It is vital to strictly enforce quarantine regulations, especially in areas where workers of the Vietnam Poyun Electronics Company are staying, to detect and quickly deal with any F1 cases that become F0,” said Deputy Minister Son.
