Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly’s Social Affairs Committee, Bui Sy Loi, said these would help workers feel secured when fulfilling social responsibilities and minimize outbreak impact on life.

He said: “Affected workers should have unemployment allowances and be re-trained to have sufficient labor workforce for social economic development. The Covid-19 outbreak has posed both economic and social issues to be settled.”
