(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese Party and State always treasure the great national service that was rendered by former youth volunteers. At a working session with the Association of the Vietnamese Former Volunteers on Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan, who is President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, urged affiliates of the Committee and Association to work closely to complete the review of policies for beneficiaries by the first quarter of next year. He asked the 2 bodies to promote communications about former young volunteers to create social consensus.

Nhan said: "The Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Government are advocating a general review of policies for people who rendered great service to the nation as a way to build greater trust in Vietnam’s development. I would like to call for a greater determination to enforce our policy of giving priority to contributors."
