The Kyodo reported that he was welcomed at the airport by Kim Yo-jong,  Kim Jong Un's sister. Song Tao and the Chinese group will be participating in North Korea's April Spring Friendship Art Festival. The festival is being held every 2 years to celebrate the birthday of North Korea founder Kim Il Sung on Sunday.
