In related news, fisherman Nguyen Loc, owner of fishing vessel QNg 96416, has reported to An Vinh commune border guard station in Ly Son district, Quang Ngai province that his vessel was hit to damage by Chinese ships in Hoang Sa waters. He said his ship was attacked by hard objects and iron hammer and then chased and hit at tail while fishing in Hoang Sa. General Dam said to prevent losses for Vietnamese fisheries administrators and maritime police force when preventing China’s installation of the oil rig illegally, all legitimate protective measures will be prepared to minimize casualties against the backdrop of Chinese acts.
