The event attracted more than 40 businesses showcasing their arabica coffee products, handcraft products, and local OCOP (One Commune One Product) items.

The festival, a major cultural, economic and social event, honors the value of coffee, the main crop of this mountainous area, said Nghiem Van Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chieng An ward and Head of the Organizing Committee.

“We hope that the festival will spread the flavor of our arabica coffee. The first organization will initially introduce coffee to everyone, helping Chieng An spread its brand in the community,” Tuan added.

The two-day Chieng An Coffee Festival also features trade and culture connection sessions, coffee picking and bartending contest, arabica coffee space, art program, ethnic cultural exchange, and culinary contest.
