Mr. Binh presented the Independence Order First Class to Cao Bang and asked local authorities to mobilze resources to consolidate and complete urban, transporting and sustainable green rural infrastructure.

He underscored the importance of developing the border economy, turning tourism into a spearhead economic sector, and improving local people’s lives.

“Cao Bang should work hard to take full advantage of the province’s potentials, strengths, natural resources, goegraphical locations, history, and social conditions to improve the lives of local ethnic people. We need to close the income gap between Cao Bang and the rest of the entire nation,” said Mr. Binh.
