To maintain the current momentum for business development, GSO Director General Nguyen Bich Lam recommended improving the legal system, easing business restrictions, boosting administrative reforms, and implementing one-stop shop procedures.

He underscored the need to review procedures relating to dissolution and bankruptcy and create policies and solutions that encourage household businesses to expand into bigger enterprises.
