(VOVworld) - Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Cao Duc Phat has hailed the importance of personnel training in the promotion of bio technology application in agriculture. Addressing a conference on the issue in Hanoi on Saturday, the Minister encouraged universities and research institutes to boost capacity building in bio technology application.
