“I think by the end of the summer, we will be in a very different position than we are now. I’ve worked very hard to make sure we have over 600 million doses of vaccine," Biden said during a visit to Virginia to promote his American Families Plan.
"We’re gonna continue to make sure that’s available. We’re gonna increase that number across the border as well, so we can also be helping other nations once we take care of all Americans.”
Biden said that there is almost no difference in vaccine access between white Americans and Americans with African, Spanish, or Asian origins.
