Lai Viet Anh, IDEA Deputy Director, told the event, “The COVID-19 pandemic has created opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese businesses. Production and distribution businesses have changed their strategies toward digital platforms to reach foreign markets.”

”Vietnam has the highest cross-border e-commerce growth rate in the world at 3.7%. To further boost e-commerce, it’s necessary to have good guidelines and policies, effort of businesses, and support of prestigious global platforms such as Amazon,” he said. 

The cooperative program will organize training on cross-border e-commerce with different topics – selling on Amazon, opening an online shop, completing orders, and building trademarks.
