Export turnover exceeded 5.3 billion USD and imports reached 4.3 billion USD. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,  rice and cassava exports increased significantly in volume and value over the same period last year.

The export of forestry products continued to thrive. The value of wood and wood products surpassed 1.5 billion USD, up 10%.

China, the US, the EU, and ASEAN are the four dominant markets for Vietnam’s agro-forestry-fishery products.
