AFF Cup 2020: Vietnam face Thailand in semi-finals

(VOVWORLD) -After winning 4-0 over Cambodia in a Group B match of the Southeast Asian Football Championship 2020 (AFF Cup 2020) on Sunday evening in Singapore, the Vietnamese national team will now face their arch-rivals Thailand in the semi-finals.

Indonesia defeated Malaysia 4-1 to stay a top of Group B. Vietnam trail Indonesia on goal differential.  

AFF Cup defending champions Vietnam will meet Thailand on Thursday and again on Sunday, while Indonesia will take on hosts Singapore on Wednesday with the second leg on Saturday.
