On Monday, Mr. Man urged the Committee to promulgate regulations for three national target programs focused on socio-economic development in ethnic minority-inhabited areas  until 2030.

The Committee was also asked to improve mechanisms and policies to make it easier for people to benefit from the programs and use their potentials, regional advantages, and the self-reliant spirit of their communities to develop sustainably.
