The Party’s Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education has introduced a program to mark the 82nd anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Accordingly, Party and State leaders will lay wreathes at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Monument of Martyrs and visit the families of those who rendered great services to the nation. Seminars on the Party’s tradition and development will also be held.
