542 solutions were selected by the contest’s organizing committee out of thousands of entries. The solutions were divided into 6 categories:  information technology, electronics, and telecommunications; mechanical automation, construction, and transportation; materials, chemicals, and energy; agriculture, forestry, fishery, natural resources, and the environment; medicine and pharmacy; and education, training, and other fields. 

Dr. Le Xuan Thao, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fund for Supporting Technological Creations, and deputy head of the contest’s organizing committee, said: “This year there were more entries than in previous years. The winning solutions are being widely applied, solving practical problems in the 6 contest categories.”
