Consul General Hoang Chi Trung said China has been Vietnam’s largest trade partner over the last 11 years and Vietnam is becoming an important partner of China. The two countries hope to bring two-way trade to 100 billion USD by 2017. Envoy of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Song Zhe said that the friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and China have been consolidated for mutual benefit.
