President Phuc talked about the challenges and requirements of the People's Public Security Force.

“The People's Public Security Force continues to uphold its glorious tradition, fulfill its duties, build the Party, and make the people's police force strong, elite, modern, and close to the people. I urge the Public Security Force and the Ministry of Public Security to continue to build a strong and comprehensive communal police force and a strong national security movement,” said Mr. Phuc.
