(VOVworld) – The 4th patriotic emulation congress of the construction sector opened in Hanoi on Tuesday.
In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh asked the sector to fulfill its task of controlling urban management and implementing the national housing development strategy. He said: “The construction sector should deploy housing support programs for policy beneficiaries and poor people in rural areas and flood and storm prone areas. Housing should be developed in urban areas for workers and students. Coordinated measures should be carried out to stabilize the real estate market and develop the construction material industry.”
The Ministry of Construction received the Independence Order, first class.
