(VOVworld) – Nearly 400 volunteers have successfully completed their tasks at the recent 132^nd General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Hanoi.

This was said at a ceremony to review the volunteering work at the IPU 132 held by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Volunteer Center. Nearly 400 volunteers were selected from universities and Institutes in Hanoi to support delegates at the IPU 132. They were divided into sub-committees for reception, content, information, communication, security, healthcare, logistics and finance. All the volunteers were equipped with communication skills and knowledge on diplomatic relations, politics, socio-economic and culture. On this occasion, the Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union granted certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 10 volunteers who have done excellent work at the IPU 132.
