The National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction in the 2021-2025 period sets targets for multi-dimensional, inclusive, and sustainable poverty reduction, whilst limiting the poverty line and the rate of people falling back into poverty again.

Total budget for the program is at least 3.2 million USD, focusing on poor communes and districts, especially those in coastal and island regions.
