According to the latest poll released by UMass Lowell's Center for Public Opinion and YouGov, Harris is leading 48% to 43% in Michigan, and 48% to 46% in Pennsylvania. Most voters in Michigan and Pennsylvania say they will not change their mind beforegoing to the polls in November.
Meanwhile, the two Vice Presidential candidates, Republican Senator J.D. Vance and Democratic Governor Tim Walz, will debate next week. Polls show such a close race between Harris and Trump in the final stretch that any move by one of the Vice Presidential contenders could change the outcome.
Presidential historian Douglas Brinkley said this could be “the most important Vice Presidential debate” in US history.
