At a press conference to inform the award on Friday, Tu Luong, Deputy Director of the municipal’s Information and Communications Department, said 44 of the 111 submitted projects in seven fields have been selected for the final round.  

“The award aims to boost the creative spirit and dynamism of Ho Chi Minh City residents. This will be a great impetus for the city’s growth in the future. Most of the worthwhile projects have been put into use and have made valueable contributions to society. They have also been positively responded to by the community and businesses,” said Luong.

The award ceremony will take place at the Ho Chi Minh City Theater next Thursday.
