Coffee world Museum in Buon Ma Thuot

(VOVWORLD) - The Coffee World Museum is part of the 45-hectare "The coffee city" project in Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Tan Loi Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak province.

The Coffee World Museum was built by a domestic coffee corporation. The project was inaugurated in 2018

The museum consists of spaces for exhibition, library, coffee lounge, and seminars

This is the first coffee museum in Vietnam, introducing the history of the coffee industry and coffee culture in the world

Cultural features of the Central Highlands region are showcased in the museum

The museum's interior is inspired by the Ede's traditional long house and the communal house in the Central Highlands

There, visitors learn more about the history and culture of coffee and its production steps from growing, collecting, preserving, to processing. Visitors can also sample coffee at the museum.

All items have QR code allowing visitors to view detailed description of the artifacts with smartphone

Among 10,000 artifacts on display, many date back to the nineteenth century. There are also many tools used in coffee production like coffee sorters, coffee grinders, and coffee roasters

The museum's space is large and green
