During their visit, the delegation presented the book "Echoing the fatherland’s words", published by the Information and Communication Publishing House, and the books "Some theoretical and practical issues on the path to socialism in Vietnam" and "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and State" by Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. These are meaningful books, valuable in theory and practice, and highly oriented toward soldiers and islanders.

The 12-volume book collection "Echoing the fatherland’s words" contains quotes, passages, and statements by President Ho Chi Minh which are concise, meaningful, easy to understand, and carefully selected from the tens of thousands of pages of the book series "Ho Chi Minh Complete Collection", and arranged by topics and the contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought.

The book "Some theoretical and practical issues on the path to socialism in Vietnam" is a collection of 29 articles by General Secretary Trong that summarize theoretical and practical issues and lessons learned through decades of national renewal and socialism building in Vietnam which aim to inspire stronger national development in the new period.

Lai Xuan Mon, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education, said: "The book "Some theoretical and practical issues about socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam" asserts that there is no other choice for Vietnam but to follow the path to socialism. The book summarizes more than 30 years of national renewal, during which Vietnam was determined, resolute, persistent, and creative in pursuing socialism."

"Vietnam’s economy has grown 8% since doi moi and the economy size is over 400 billion USD, fourth in the region. Vietnam’s annual per capita income is more than 4,000 USD, exports earn more than 700 billion USD a year, foreign exchange reserves total 100 billion USD, the poverty rate has fallen to 2%, people's living standards have been improved, and national defense and security have been maintained. It is clear that we must continue to creatively apply Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought." added Mr. Mon.

The book "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and State" outlines theoretical and practical issues related to the fight against corruption and negativity in Vietnam.

We presented this book to the officers and soldiers of the DK1 platform to disseminate the Party leader’s direction."

The book also systematizes the direction of Mr. Trong, the Party leader and Head of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption. It demonstrates the Vietnamese Communist Party's consistent ideology on the fight against corruption and negativity, Party building and rectification, and fostering the morality and lifestyle of Party officials and members.
