To support job seekers, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 22 job fairs, attracting 751 businesses and employers. Mr. Vu Quang Thanh, Deputy Director of the Center, said: "Hanoi's labor market remains stable, with strong demand in the fields of information technology, e-commerce, and healthcare."

Last year, the Center held 260 job fairs and connected 10,000 businesses with 20,000 job seekers through daily, weekly, and specialized online events. This year, to achieve its goal of finding jobs for 169,000 workers, Hanoi will continue to support social security, expand the labor market, enhance workforce development, and improve human resource quality.

Mr. Thanh said: "We hope that in 2025 the city’s labor market maintains its stability and growth through more incentives, investment-friendly policies, and human resource development programs. We hope that the city’s socio-economy and business will continue to grow steadily, and that the labor market will continue to be stable. There will be more job opportunities across all industries."
