In an exercise run by the Subcommittee of Security and Healthcare for APEC 2017 on Tuesday, PM Phuc said: “Police and military forces must take active measures to prevent and combat sabotage plots. Authorities of Da Nang, Quang Nam and Thua Thien Hue province and relevant agencies should mobilize personnel and the political system to detect and deal with any risk factors."

The PM added: "The subcommittee for security and healthcare need to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Da Nang City to review plans and strengthen cooperation in dealing with arising problems.”
