At a meeting with Stephanie Do, Head of the France – Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians’ Group, Mr. Chung said that Hanoi hopes to expand collaboration with localities of France in infrastructure development. He added that Hanoi wishes to learn from the French experience in dealing with environmental issues like pollution and waste.

Stephanie Do lauded the development of Hanoi in the recent years, expressing her delight at the cooperation between the city and France in such areas as urban transport, environment, and infrastructure.
